Tennistory is provided by an independent developer. Racket records, care history, matches, preferences and photos you add are stored on this device by default. The app does not create an account or upload those records just because you use these features.

Permissions

Photos are used only when you actively choose an avatar or racket photo. Microphone access is used only when you start “Measure tension”; audio is used for that estimate and is not recorded. Location is used only when you enable weather and choose location; you can search for a city instead.

Weather

When enabled, coordinates are sent to MET Norway, which logs IP addresses and requested coordinates. City searches are sent to Apple. Turning weather off deletes the local cache, not provider access logs. Forecasts: MET Norway (CC BY 4.0); daily summaries and play scores are calculated by Tennistory.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store and RevenueCat. Tennistory receives entitlement status, not your Apple payment details. Subscription entitlement is not transferred through backup files.

Backups and sharing

When you export a backup or calendar file, iOS presents the system share sheet and you choose where it goes. The developer cannot see a file you save to iCloud Drive.

Your controls

You can clear on-device data, export a backup, or restore one from “Me”. Deleting the app removes its local container. For privacy questions, contact tennistory.story@gmail.com.
